Prima Prize for prima graduates
The Prima Prize, endowed with 1,000 euros, honors outstanding theses by female graduates of the university. It was established on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the first female graduate - chemist Nora Kräutle - at Stuttgart University of Technology. The award ceremony took place on "Research Day at the University of Stuttgart" on July 6, 2022.
We are pleased that this year a female researcher from Faculty 8 of Mathematics received the prize: Ms Jessica Renz, who was supervised by Prof. Witt. Her master's thesis in mathematics was praised in particular for its interdisciplinary collaboration with biology and its extensive range of topics.
